Early life

Cristiano Ronaldo was born on 5 February 1985, in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. His mother Maria Dolores Dos Santos Aveiro, a cook, and his father Jose Dinis Aveiro, a municipal gardener and a part-time kit man.
He likes football from his childhood. He played gully football. He then observed by a local team and they recognized the talent of Ronaldo.
He played for the amateur team Andorinha from 1992 to 1995.
At the age of 12 years, he went on a trial and signed by them for a fee of Pound 15,000.

His starting towards professional football

At that time people had orthodox thinking in Madeira. Parents are not allowed their children to play games. But Ronaldo's parents supported him and sent him to Alcochete near Lisbon. He joined the football club academy to learn professional football with other young ones. He loved his mother a lot and not wanted to go to Lisbon by living her mother. But he took the decision to leave. He was a very introverted person. His coach even told that he cried but did not show his tears to anyone.
He played football for day and night. At the age of 14, he decided to leave education and completely focused on football. Because he thought that he was not able to handle both the things. At starting his mother not agreed but later she agreed and told him to play football for the country.
At the age of 15, he was suffering from a racing heart. He stopped playing football and he underwent an operation. By taking some rest for a few days, he resumed his training.

His big break

He was able to impress the youth team manager Laszlo Boloni at the age of just 16 years. He started playing for clubs in a very small age as under-16, under-17, and under-18 teams.
He debuts on 7 October 2002 in Premier Liga against Moreirense. He was spotted by the manager Alex Ferguson who determined to acquire Ronaldo on a Permanent move. Ronaldo treated Alex Ferguson as his father.
Ferguson offered 12.24 million pounds for what he considered to be "one of the most exciting young players" he had ever seen.

Personal life

He is the highest-paid footballer and ranked twice in Forbes. His father Jose Dinis Aveiro died at the age of 52 due to alcoholism. Ronaldo became a father on June 10. He then announced that his relationship with Model Irina Shayk had ended. He had a girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez who gave birth to his daughter Alana Martina.

His Success

He became Manchester United's player for season 2003-04. He also became the most expensive teenager in English football history.
He was his debut match for Manchester United with a scored 3-0.
In the 2006 FIFA World Cup in which he was involved in an incident where club teammate Wayne Rooney was sent off, Ronaldo publicly asked for a transfer. But he denied the possibility of leaving the club.
In 2007-08 he scored 42 goals. He became the runner-up of the FIFA World Player of the year award.
He leaves the Manchester United Club on 10 May 2009. He then joined Real Madrid Club for a fee of 80 million Pounds which is a world record transfer. It was a very successful club.
He captained Portugal for the first time on the next day of his birthday on 6 February 2007. But the performance of Portugal was not good and Luiz Felipe Scolari was replaced as coach by Carlos Queiroz.
In 2010 he was not able to do a single one goal. Despite this, he was praised by his fans and coach because "a single one year does not decide the future of a player."
In the 2004 World Cup, he scored a total of eight goals. Portugal was not able to qualify but Ronaldo's performance won the hearts of millions of people.
He is the first Portuguese player who did more than 50 international goals. Ronaldo is widely regarded as one of the best players of his generation, along with Lionel Messi.
