Who Controls the Internet ?

This question arises in every mind. In the present scenario, the internet becomes the most basic demand of each and every hand.
The answer to the question that "Who controls the Internet" is not very easy to find.
Someone think that Government has the power to control the internet. But it's not completely true. The government has not that much power.
Someone also thinks that Google, Facebook and YouTube have power but it is also not true. These companies have the power to operate only their website. Google cannot interfere with Facebook and Vice-versa. That's why they have not complete rights. Google can block a person if he/she doing something illegal. But Google has no right to leak the content of the users. The privacy policies are very mandatory.
The Domain names that are sold by some companies like Go Daddy have the authority to sell the same. But they have no right to control the website of any person. And the authority is provided by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). This is a non-profitable organization which is situated in Los Angels, America. It is the top level of authority. It means that it has the right to control the data system. But ICANN sells top-level domain not completely to companies like Go Daddy & it is called as registers. And from these companies, we can purchase domains that are known as registrars.
Another website ISP (Internet Service Provider) that provide internet to the country. So, Is this system controls the Internet? But no. The companies like Airtel, Jio who provides services door to door. Due to that companies can manage to control the internet. If someone does illegal work then these companies have the right to block the internet connection from their area.
And finally, the question "Who controls the Internet" has not answered yet. Actually, the internet is control by everybody and also by nobody. Because the Internet is not owned by a single person. It is the system that is controlled by all over the World Wide.
